To be honest I would never return to this practice again. The only reason is because my GP is awesome and I have been seeing her for years and knows my history, I followed her here so I could still have her treat me.
As for Sueann the practice manager, not only is she rude, disrespectful and non compliant to what is needed she has just triggered a veterans PTSD because she refuses to send reports to DVA that are required for continual treatment.
She says that the practise hasn’t been paid for my last reports done which in fact they have and this was confirmed by DVA with the date of payment yet she refuses to look for the remittance of payment and wants DVA to supply another one which can take up to a month to get.
Thank you sueann for your treatment towards me and I’m sure you will be happy sleeping at night knowing I won’t be able to get the procedure done I so desperately need to help with my chronic pain.

this place is a joke. i booked to see a doc at 1210 one day in advance n got told there would be a confirming msg sent to me but received nothing. The next day i came on time n being told to wait...twenty minutes later still no doc n i was told to wait for another thirty minutes...my eight months old was over tired n i had to spent a lot more energy to calm her later. Not recommend the place

These guys are good for referrals and prescriptions however sometimes for more difficult issues I wouldn’t recommend them (I’ve found its better to go to a specialist).

Unfortunately I have to rate this practice poorly as the wait times are just consistently too long. You can expect wait times of over an hour. There is just no excuse for that. This should be managed better. My experience with the doctors and nurses however has been excellent. If you are in a hurry don't bother.

I rarely leave reviews for businesses, but then again, I rarely find a bulk billing doctors clinic that I'm impressed with. Although there can be long waits (typical with any clinic), the staff are fabulous here and will even tell you if you should go away shopping for a while because theres x amount of people in front of you.

The staff make this practice great, and they strive to provide friendly efficient service.

Thanks very much and I'll keep attending here even though its now half hour from my house.
