Poor attitude coupled with a total lack of empathy and customer service from this business has made me extremely disappointed and frustrated with what should have been a pleasant experience.
Initially they were lovely, however when I called for further specification/information relating to my purchase which was on back-order, the response received from them from the moment they answered the phone in a short, stressed manner. just got worse. They were flustered, rude, abrupt and unhelpful but more importantlygave me INCORRECT information!
