Garden State Hotel is a huge space in the CBD. It has a variety of spaces - cocktail bar, atrium, function area. The atrium in the middle is the star attraction - a multi leveled, leafy, airy and bright area. A good selection of drinks available with a variety of menu options too.
Garden State Hotel is Melbourne’s newest pub and has a massive line on a Friday night to get into for after work drinks. There is certainly an upmarket vibe with an impressive fit out. There are a few layers, rooms and levels, all while retaining an open airy feel. They have several different areas drink the garden bar downstairs to the dining room and at least 4 bars. Bar staff were quite friendly and helpful when ordering and this one took roughly 20 minutes to come out. Would probably come back on another day when the wait to get is not too long.
