Our classes are fitness driven with a strong emphasis on combat techniques which work. Our gym is fully equipped with floor and wall mats, kettle bells, strike pads and kick boxing bags.
We are located at 11 Queensland Road Darra, South West Brisbane and only a few doors from the Darra Train Station.
