had my 1st faulty air bags replaced here, I was never contacted back from them for the 2nd faulty air bag replacement like i was told i would be as they did not have enough airbags in stock from suppliers . I can appreciate that honda are at fault for this bebaracle and not the individual dealers but better communication would have been appreciated not me having to chase them up a year later for news of my 2nd airbag availability. they were very friendly and accomadaing so I could pick my car up out of hours (by locking spare keys in glove box which i appreciated), and only needed my car for less than 1/2 a day but they moved alot of things inside car to get to dashboard etc and none of it was put back just thrown in backseat. otherwise service was good.
I recently had my car serviced here for the first time. The service is not like another car dealership I’ve been too. The fellow that looked after me of course was polite and friendly. I had advised that I needed a phone call when it was ready. I had received a text message for some hours ago but had missed it that the vehicle was ready for collection. When I got there, the approach was very casual and simply just directed me to where the vehicle was parked. No explanation or updates on next service apart from what I had questioned. In comparing to the approach I’ve had with other dealership it’s more approachable, they actually take you out to the car or explain to you line by line what has been done. I guess it all comes down to the type of vehicle purchased and branding on the type of service an individual will get.
