This was possibly the worst service experience I have had in 40+ years of motoring. Vehicle not available at 4pm as promised. Paperwork says my headlight globe was replaced but then no it was going to be a part that cost $452? Not happy after explaining in detail that the passenger side low beam globe needed replacing when I booked the car in a week before service. paperwork says part comes from Sydney in 3 to 4 days. $452 for a headlight globe-farcical. Never again to Cricks. Service staff under the pump around 4.30pm with 8 customers lined up behind me. They appeared to be trying hard but had no time for my complaints.

A lack of communication about the repairs to my car and an unreasonable amount of time to attempt to get it fixed. Not recommended at all.

My experience with them (Service Department) has been very disappointing to say the least. We bought a Dodge Nitro from them and have been having it serviced there for the last 3.5 years.
