Gary Flynn Smash Repairs

My car went in on the Monday 24th December 2018 the day before Christmas! The NRMA recommended Gary Flynn Smash Repairs at Kirrawee. It was in the holding yard and it was over the Christmas period and as soon as they returned to work, they immediately started on my car, I had my car back looking perfect and washed and cleaned by the 4th January. The tow truck guy put it in the holding yard where it was safe and sound.
Kelly who is a young receptionist was so polite and helpful and she is certainly an asset to there company. They even mentioned that i had up to $50 cab with my NRMA so my husband could get a cab down to them from Engadine to pick up my car. Thank you Gary and your team of little helpers, I am most appreciative of your professionism and i will be using you and recommending you to my friends as i am a nurse who is on the road frequently. NRMA nominated Gary Flynn to repair my car and it was delivered to them on Tuesday 14 June. A friend informed me that my car was sitting out on the street on Sunday 19 June, but the Gary Flynn compound was locked up and empty. I drove past on the evening of Tuesday 21 June (one week after they received it), only to find my car (only 10 months old) sitting on the street. I complained to the NRMA and asked them to investigate what was happening on Wednesday 22 June. NRMA reported back to me that Gary Flynn had indicated that they were too busy. My first need for smash repairs and Gary Flynn were fantastic. Our car came back in a better condition before it had the smash!
Quoting was easy and complete within 10mins, Booking in was as simple as it gets. Dropping the car off was quick and I was offered a lift to the station, I thought was a nice touch. Took a week to complete, which was a day over their estimation but was not a problem as we were kept informed.
Picked up the car and wow! Not only was the panels back in the right place but the car was clean and in much better condition. Little things that make a difference.
Very impressed with the whole process from the estimators, reception and the job they have done. In the end no papers to be processed and just drove away!

Polite and in general, good customer service. They were quite busy when I brought in my SUV for repairs (they were recommended by my insurer NRMA, and also provided complimentary return cabcharge). My car had extensive panel damage and they fixed most of it. I had to take it back for rework though. The door would make clunking noises when closing (door alignment) and a rubber seal around the door needed adjustment. These 2 problems were fixed. Unfortunately the third problem they couldn't fix - the front bumper and side guard were not aligned around the headlights (quite noticeable, not being pedantic). I'm not happy about it but the rest of the panel damage was repaired properly. I would still recommend this local business, just make sure they fix it to your satisfaction the first time.

Absolutely top notch customer service. Car was fixed in a day and I was picked up from my home so I could collect it. Pleasant reception staff, unlike just about every other smash repair place I have previously used.
