Gary's Meats

I have a dilemma recently discovering Gary's (on the recommendation of a friend) and that being I already love my normal butcher, but Gary's is so good I'm torn between both of them. I'm incredibly fussy about my meat and it needs to be grass fed (and finished) and Gary stocks exactly that and more the point can tell you all about it which I respect. He's the real deal. And the quality is fabulous!! As are the pork and fennel sausages. And who doesn't love a butcher's where a lot of the guys are wearing a bow tie or tie!! Go on a non-weekend day if you can, because he's good which means he's busy.
