We bought a BBQ from Gas Works at Findon. They were great at selling us the BBQ, however when we brought it home and put it together there were broken parts. Gas Works refused to help and actually laughed at the problem, and suggested we contact the manufacturer. I have written a comment through their webpage and 11 days later I have not received a phone call or email to speak further about the poor service. I strongly urge you to go to Gas Works Findon, obtain their advice about the product you're after and then go purchase from a company that will provide you with the service you deserve!!!
I agree, they are happy to sell you a product and give you incorrect information, when they are supposed to be the experts. Purchased a gas heater to fit into an old fireplace and was told, yes, yes, you can add a mantle made of wood after installation, was even given a picture from the internet of what it could look like. After installation of the gas heater , my carpenter told me that this was not possible as you need a clearance of 400 mm all arond the heater. This is made clear in the installation booklet left after the gas heater went in. Thanks Findon Gas Works, if I had known this I probably would have purchased a different heater. Dont trust them to give you the correct information, shop around.
