the staff at Modbury was helpful explained everything great service and the installers New World Comfort was the best workers I have had young guys that worked hard had did a fantastic job 10 out of 10.

Bad experience. Panasonic reverse cycle purchased on 5 year interest free. Had them back twice to fix it. Sold under sized unit to get a sale.
Misinformed about terms on finance and when confronted told "It doesn't matter if Chris lied to get the sales. You signed a contract. What part of that don't you understand!!!"

Just had our gas heater installed by Mel (Escea DF960) very professional and friendly guy. The whole experience dealing with gw Modbury was exceptional,Chris at the store was very helpful with advice on many issues we needed clarification on. We would definately recommend them without hesitation.

We had the best experience dealing with these guys at gas works modbury. They helped us select a hot water system that would best suit our household and answered all of our questions in regards to the different systems & installation etc.
Because they were so fantastic to deal with we also went to them for help with getting a new ducted air conditioner a few months later.
Their product knowledge is fantastic and i would trust their advice any day.

We got a ducted evap cooling unit installed by these guys. Their prices are competitive and their service is brilliant - they live and breathe heating, cooling and gas and their knowledge, skill and sense of humour made them fantastic to deal with. The reps I dealt with cared whether we were happy after installation and were helpful even after ten million questions.
