I brought my scooter in a year ago for a general service after I just bought my bike. They ended up replacing many parts that didn't need to be replaced and gave me a hefty bill. After a year I went to change the oil on my bike and noticed a gasket ring was missing and the oil filter was put on too tight it was impossible to get off.
I brought them an damaged part of my scooter, after 3 days they communicated the cost of that part new($129). OK, I take it i said. A week later I went to pick it up and the part was wrong. They gave me 2 choices: take that wrong part that I've already paid or spend $130 more for the right one ... no money back! Good job Maybe is not a case many bad reviews of this shop.
I had a quite negative experience with these people. Whilst communication is up to a certain standard, they deceive in many ways, are very pricey and cannot deliver what they promise. My situation was that I waited for 3 simple parts for 3.5 months to be delivered, Can't rate sale operations, but avoid having your bike services with them, chances are it will get unpleasant in many ways.
I went in to the store to get a couple of questions answered and hopefully buy one of their scooters. The only staff member in the store was at the front desk giving a job interview, so I browsed while waiting. I certainly wasn't expecting staff to drop everything to help me, but after 15 minutes, staff still hadn't even acknowledged my presence, let alone given me a quick hello or done anything to give the impression they'd like to sell me a scooter.
A great place to be left alone by the salespeople and browse in peace.
