My experience extremely POOR. Had to return car numerous times to fix a problem already paid for. Took another mechanic to draw diagram and show where the problem was before I was taken seriously. Lost all faith and trust in this mechanic. Spent alot of money only to have to take it elsewhere to be fixed properly. Customer service disgraceful and very intimidating. The unfriendly and know-it-all front counter service doesn't do this company any favours; service begins and ends at the front door!
I have been there once before, several months ago for some hard to find brake pads and got great service then, that's why I went back this week. I returned this week to re shoe my 1975 mg midget brake pads. Adam was fantastic and with a smile on his face said no problems. Unfortunately my shoes were not able to be re shoed as they were damaged, so Adam found a new replacement part for nearly the same price. Now that is service. Thanks Adam, your the man. If you have an older vehicle or hard to find parts, Quick speed is the place to go.
