This is my favourite tool, one that most therapists are too lazy to use. Not for everyone, this is a very deep massage that involves some pain, but most people find it very effective. If other massages don?t quite seem to hit the spot, then this one will.
Relaxation
If it's all just too much, then this is the go; a relaxing but firm combination of Swedish style massage, with special attention to those areas that need it most.
