Went to this hairdresser about a month ago. Horrible experience. I got attitude from the "manager' and as I complained about how my hair just looked dull and grey and they had ruined it...she told me to "calm down, this attitude is not going to help you here". I wanted a t-section of foils and it lasted two and a half hours, the hairdresser kept trying to sell me stuff and I kept telling her no. The towel came off and my hair was dull grey. I was taken to the counter and told to pay $130 odd dollars, no apology, no discount etc. I made a complaint through the website and nobody got back to me. Seriously, they will wreck your hair and take your money and bully you. Plenty of other options, stay well clear of these "hairdressers".
