GBA Computers

I spent $150 last year having my computer serviced and adding a new virus protection. Couldn't download the virus protection, rang GBA they said contact the company. It was Kaspersky. It was for twelve months, this happened last September, I emailed Kaspersky it took them until last week to answer my email. I will never go to GBA again, their service and help, are non-existent. I still have no virus protection on my computer and it is so slow. I use my laptop and iPad now. GBA you're disgraceful.

I was told I needed a new hard drive and installation which was over $300 then two days later they told me my computer was stuffed.
