Be careful of this company!
Their quote shows lower fence height than the original one! Going to the original height is optional!!
When raise a problem with them, you're told will come back to you with a solution. Next thing, they come back with a bill for payment! Still waiting for a solution to the problem previously report! Today (2/8/2017), received a debt collection agency letter demanding the payment. It's a letter template they bought online!
Honestly, if I could give them no star, I would!
Hired them to build a fence and they didn't do what was required. When questioned about the incorrect construction we were abused (the wording is not appropriate to be put on here but i can if requested) via text. We have reported them to the police because of the text and we are now going to go to Vcat. Disgraceful and completly unprofessional.
In regards to the above review: The issue has been resolved and we are now no longer going to Vcat. In addition i would like to point out that the installer was not at fault, he was proffessional, polite and his workmanship is not an issue. The issues we had were only with the company and its owner. It was that person who sent the abusive text not the installer. I just wanted to clarify that point.
Steer clear. Shonky workmanship and the worst customer service I've ever received.
These guys were contracted to build a boundary fence.
Prior to their work I had a safe and continuous boundary in my backyard after their works I did not.
They failed to make it meet the two existing fences leaving 2 gaps in our boundary 1 x 30 cm wide and 1 x100cm (because they cut and removed a section of the existing fence to gain access to the back property). Worst experience ever.
We hired them to build a fence, they decided to build it entirely in our property claiming they could move the fence even further into our garden.
We were forced to hire a land surveyor to defend our property which costs $850. We asked them to hold off on building the fence while this was being done. Instead of holding off they decided to take all their materials away and emailed us saying they will no longer be building the fence.
