This Club offers is a great way to learn the new vogue style of ballroom dancing in a very friendly atmosphere with great tuition at very low cost. This is a real local club, which raises money for local charities and does a lot of good community work, for instance, the fees for lessons are contributed to local charities. Lessons are held most Mondays (ring to check) from 1830h to 1945h, and the charge for the lesson includes admission to a dance from 2000h-2300h, including supper. The dances you learn in the lesson are included early in the program from 2000h. People at the class and the dance are very friendly, and warmly welcome even the most clunky dancers. The age range is from 30s upwards. The instructors, Dawn and Ken, are great teachers who will have you happily dancing at least one or two New Vogue style dances after one lesson.
