Awful experience... Got over charged first all then the people around the camp site were rude and would let us do anything because apparently it's their regular camp side and u have to do things according to them .... It seemed like we were in some kind of boarding

school ... This place is only for people over 80 because strictly you cannot have fun there at all ... Very bad customer service and we wasted out time and money so pls don't waste yourself there....

It was my first visit to any camping site but the experience was miserable.Everybody goes to the camping with friends to enjoy but at 9 @ nite we were ordered to sleep. It seems we are not on picnic but at boarding or hostel school. who sleeps at picnic site at 9? No youngster will sleep or sit quite when they are in large group on camping site on weekend. But at Geelong riverview camp site we were not allowed to talk to each other in our tent. We were mentaly tortured that we were not able to enjoy over there.The picnic was full of boredom and wastage of money. It is my true advice never go to this site again where you cannot enjoy because nobody likes to spend money on sleeping too far at camp site instead of home.

Worst experience we ever had!



We were 12 people so we booked two camp site, we reached 5 pm and complete camp setup at 7 pm.when we start enjoying at 9 pm they came and told us you are very loud and if you won't stop noises by 10 pm then pack up your bags and go home and then they knock our tent 4 times after that when we were just ...read more

Service was awful, cabins were ok. On the night we arrived we couldn't find our cabin in the park, because reception was closed we had been walking around for awhile, staff had seen us and automatically assumed we were trespassers rather than paying customers are rudely told us to leave the park. When we told them we were guests they didn't apologise and we were given vague directions to out cabins. This was the first of a few run ins with staff that left us feeling like we were unwanted in their park despite giving them a week's worth of business. The standard of the facilities wasn't bad but for the price and the service it wasn't worth our money and we regret staying there. On the plus side the location is nice but there is a similar caravan park next door that we will try next time.
