Took 3 months to complete the job. I still have not received a receipt and warranty paperwork as promised. I should have gone through a reputable company with a show room to make an informed decision on grates and panels rather than go by screenshots of pictures and be referred to suppliers to view. Very unprofessional and a costly mistake. I do not recommend this freelance installer

I'm not usually one to write a review however with what seems to be a lack of good tradies out there these guys rate a mention. ??
They installed our hydronic heating at a large cost. First time I had a problem, they came and fixed it - eventually after jumping up and down. I have another problem - which I am sure is out of warranty - and I called them. Explained the problem. No return call. I called back and the number rings out, so presumably avoiding my number. I have had it. It's difficult to get hydronic plumbers and if the installer avoids you, then you are in trouble when you are a way out of the city. In any case, don't go with this mob. Passive agressive is a bad way to run a business.
