I specialise in seeing adults and youths with a range of difficulties, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship problems, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem issues, trauma, grief, borderline personality disorders and eating related disorders.
I work with psychological models of cognitive-behaviour therapy, schema focus therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, mindfulness and behavioural approaches.
