All good in the initial phase of ordering and delivery.
Unfortunately the generator failed (Evo3000Ei) due to a failed cam shaft bearing. Took an age to get the unit recovered and longer to have it returned (3 months in total turn around time).
Unit came back with a serviced engine... the sump still full of swarf and a few ball bearings from original failure. Genpower agreed to replace the engine, but again took nearly two months turnaround. On return, the casing is cracked and misaligned. The prime bulb is trapped to the point of being cut. The electronics panel is bent through being forced to and loose fasteners everywhere; hardly any are of original types. Used old, 'anything will do' for reassembly.
This company does not have the competence to perform service and warranty work. Has NO quality procedures or inspection. Does not care other than your money when you order.
Don't use.
