I needed a minor adjustment to my front teeth for a better smile and gap from a missing tooth reduced for bonding. Initially the ortho had agreed to remove the braces whenever I wanted him to. Two months later I was happy with my teeth and when I asked him to remove the braces he wouldn't and left it for another 12 months, ruining my bite, my face and my smile. He totally ignored my numerous requests to remove the braces. I am an older person so by him pushing front teeth outwards and side teeth inwards, my cheeks have sunk-in, hence sagging skin and the shape of my face has changed for the worse. Definitely would not recommend anyone to go there. Total disaster for me and he wouldn't refund my money either. Zero stars for sure.
Hi, just wondering who your ortho was? I was dealing with Dr Saad and now having issues with my treatment as he did not tell me about needing a jaw surgery. I've had my braces for 2 years and have just been told this recently by another ortho.
Hi Charlenw, yep, it was Dr Saad. From my disastrous experience with him, I can definitely say he has no duty of care for his patients. He was just after money. I was crying and pleading with him and his staff, especially the practice manager to remove the braces but Dr Saad just ignored and kept on doing his own thing. Absolute disaster. Would never recommend anyone to go to him.
