Gentle Nails Busselton

Gift vouchers only last 3 months. Rang 17th Jan, voucher was issued 16/10.... one day after date on voucher and was told "best they can do was half price". Seriously disappointed. Will go elsewhere now, they have lost my business.

Where do I start!? Firstly we made a booking to get a manicure for 3 people but when we arrived we were told to wait. When we were finally able to start soaking off our SNS/shellac we had to take off the nail polish ourselves as they were accepting other walkin's and could not cater for our appointments. 1 of us was given the samples of SNS to look through to pick a colour and within a couple of minutes was told if you have not chosen a colour she would move on to someone else. With a rushed decision we chose our colours however once completed we realised it wasn't the colour we chose. Their explanation was their samples were old chart numbers and they were doing the equilvant colour which was completely different to the colour we chose. There was no attention to detail and was forced to pay cash. 2 days later our SNS was chipped and started coming off. Definitely wouldn't recommend them!

This beauty supply is wonderful! The owners are some of the nicest people I've met and they supply the best products for all types of people. They especially cater to African-american hair. I didn't realize they also had a hair salon in the back! Everything is reasonable and they always have something I need. The owners are also very knowledgeable about the products they supply.

First time I've had my nails done so I can't really compare to other salons but I am very happy with the acrylic nail treatment I received. Staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable.
