I think he's out of business now but if it starts up again ... AVOID!!
Cheap, shoddy paintwork resulted in veranda rails starting to rot away in about 6-7 years. Cheap, shoddy tiling job in the bathroom has resulted in what looks to be a very expensive problem ie. rotted floor and walls due to not having a waterproofing coat underneath the tiles. Will find out the name of the tiler and he will get a negative review as well. The shame is it all stayed hidden until after the time limit for a BSA claim. Not that it would have been any good claiming.
If you had a home built by this builder and you still have time to make a claim, get a good tradesman to come and do an inspection especially around your bathroom, kitchen and any outside areas. Even if you can't make a BSA claim prevention is better than cure.
shocking builder ,concrete cracked all around house after a few years then yesterday i find my final inspection was somehow rigged as all my plumbing is substandard and pipes were only buried 2"underground concrete poored straigt on top of copper pipe and crushed all pipes.
