Its a pity I did not read reviews before I engaged this agent to manage my property. Lazy and rude are some descriptors I would use to describe them from the managing agent through to the office staff answering phone. Communication very poor. They failed to act on tenant requests for maintenance for weeks , did not conduct regular inspections on property and have now decided to withold monies owing to me that have been paid by the tenant. Would NOT recommend to any landlord or tenant!

What a shocking company! I submitted a new tenant form and followed up numerous times and they didnt action over a 2 month period!

I called a senior person at the company and this lack of service didnt even bother them!!!!! Land owners do not use this company as they have poor managment systems and treat their tenants with little respect.

Rental property advertised at $450 p/w. Applicants then called to advise rental price now $545 p/w.!

Rented with Geoff Nixon for around 3 yrs, my property manager was easy to deal with and always responded to my calls. When ever I had a problem it was resolved promptly..

Seriously the WORST group of property 'professionals' I've ever met in my life. I was warned about them from previous tenants and I didn't heed that warning - as a result I spent the winter with rain pouring through the roof and various other mould issues in what was supposed to be a penthouse suite. No help was ever sent when I made them aware of issues, in one instant it took the property management from Nov all the the way to Feb to actually respond to a serious request and when their handyman arrived it was a joke. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with them.
