When you rent through George Brand Terrigal do so with extreme caution. They retained $400 of our rental deposit for a picture showing 2 moths and a single plugpoint that did not meet the cleanliness standards. In my opinion they are nothing but sharks and the worst property managers we have ever dealt with.
Hi Jane. Our records show that you did not have $400 taken from your rental bond for not cleaning two moths and a single plugpoint. In fact, the lease holder had an outstanding water bill and a small cleaning charge that was not recified before he moved out. We take our job very seriously and would be happy to address any concerns within the normal channels that you or your partner (as a tenant) are provided under the NSW Tenancy Act. It is easy to cast stones on a website that does not ask for any proof of your libelous allegations. If there was any merit to your assertions you should have sought proper advice from the many Tenant advocacy contacts or booked a hearing at the local Tribunal where you would have had a fair chance to discuss your concerns with our handling of your tenancy.
