George Mius Chinese Take Away

Love this Chinese. Not as greasy as a lot of other and fantastic service. Really good. I do know that George sold the business and it's not as good now, still good but not as amazing as it once was. It's still my go to Chinese

I extremely like the chicken chow mein I think it taste the best in the world !!!!! The crisp beef with special sauce it was the best I ever had !!! SO YUMMY!!!!! I think everybody should taste the chicken chow mein at the Chinese take away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disgusting- what a disappointment to go & support what was once an iconic Chinese take away we were served burnt deep fried pork in sweet & sour plus San Cho Bow which was 90% onion barely any meat content whatsoever !
It would have been impossible for them to not realise what they packed it was not consumable, we threw it out vowing not to return. We were only 2 people in the take away shop & in hindsight should of realised there was no queue as was in the past! I think everyone local already knew how bad George Mui's Chinese has become!

George has sold, the new owners changed things. The food is dreadful! No sauce, just dry meat that had a strange sour chemical taste. Spring rolls are reduced to the size of your pinky with a strip of cabbage inside but still $1 each. So very sad, as we used to buy Georges every week for over 20 years. We want George back!!!

My favourite Chinese takeaway. The steamed dim-sims are tops. George has been described as Brisbane's version of Seinfield's Soup Nazi! When George says "you come now'', don't argue with him!
