Seems to have gone downhill , was good , but new management have lost the plot , chips way too salty , burgers bland , lacking flavor , and u wait way too long !

Horrendous Food!!! Just had some food from here and it was in edible..there was so much salt on the chips. The potato cakes taste revolting, like they were cooked in dirty oil. We also had hamburgers and the pattie and the egg also tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill.... Never Again!!!! What has happened to George's??? It used to be alright food... STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY LEARN TO CLEAN THE KITCHEN, change the oil regularly and stop using such a heavy hand with the salt...

worst service ever! dont waste your time. they cant get your order right, keep you waiting while your order sits getting cold on the bench and then dont have the decency to apologise.

Good Burgers, and fish, a bit low on the chip value side. I go 2-3 times a month, check they get your order right before you leave, as they often muck up the order. One of the best Fish and Chip shops in the area!
