I've never had such a bad experience with a store, ever. I would leave no stars if it were possible.
I called to place an order at this chip shop, The employee on the other end was unbelivebly rude, not even your typical grumpy. They then yelled at me when I didnt hear them say the time it would be ready to p/u. i got off the phone very upset and felt uncomfortable about needing to go in to speak to them so I decided to cancel the order, I called back and politely asked for my order to be cancelled, the staff member yelled back " good." and then immediately hung up.
Then today, I decided to call back and ask to speak to the Boss as I was in disbelief of the attitude the employee had. The boss said "Well I wasnt there what do you want me to do? you can come in and speak to me if you want." Thats all he had to say. Very poor.the fish was paper thin and dried up.The calamari rings were pre-bought,and not fresh-I could have bought some from the Supermarket.
This used to be Geelong's best Fish N Chips.What happened?
Thats odd because ive been going there for years and still rate the food the best around.!
