The WORST possible attitude to customer service. Product went off well before used by date. I contacted them and they asked if I had the receipt and if not, they would replace/ refund anyway. I then replied saying I didn't have the receipt. I got no further response but the message showed the time and date it was seen. So I sent another message at which point they lied, saying they don't check FB very often and hadn't seen the last message (despite clear evidence they had seen it!) and to email instead, and that there was "nothing further we can do" without a receipt or photo of the container. Yeh, cos I really thought it woudl be keep a rotting container of yoghurt in my fridge in case they wanted a photo of it for goodness sake. For what purpose exactly?? (That wasn't explained) So I emailed this time, saying they had gone back on their initial response that they would refund/ repalce and got NOTHING.
