Hi guys my wrx had a timing belt change done at gepps cross exhaust 8,000km ago which apparently had a warranty of 5,000km for workmanship but a 12 month warranty on parts and my crank seal (which is part of the process of a timing belt change) has either broken or come out leaking oil all over my car and these guys don't want to no about it. I think their service to customers stinks and I will NEVER take any car to them or recommend them to any one hopefully this post warns any future customers and take your car to a real mechanic business who actually care for their customers and take their work seriously
We could not find a record of your wrx timing belt related work done in our workshop . We did find record of some Exhaust work done by us 12 month ago. As you have recently purchase this car. Can you please contact the last owner and provide us the proof of repair which you have Assumed done by us. Yes, We give 5000km workmanship warranty. And 12 month parts warranty, As long as we supply the parts. Can you please provide us the Proof/Invoice that we have replaced the timing belt. As you have mentioned it has passed 5000 workmanship warranty period after the repair work done, But if its still within 12 month period, You can claim parts warranty. You only have to pay labor. As we explained you over the phone. Thanks

If that's so the exhaust has a leak from the flange near the manifold and has rust holes at the rear is there a warranty on that too
