hip & elbow x rayed. Pups are very large boned, great looking with extremely sure characters to

These pups are the old straight backs not the thin framed roach backs (or Harbour Bridge dogs that
they
are now being called) that are being bred these days for the show ring. These pups are superbly
bred to
keep the old true German Shepherds alive.

Picked up my beautiful shepherd in July 2009- beautiful girl temperament and nature. A very big part of our family - who sadly now I will need to put down too soon, due to auto immune disease and a very bad case of hip dysplacia. She has been operated on and medicated for the past 12 months and sadly after spending $1000's on vetinary bills and watching the pain in not only her but my childrens eyes daily, this is a sad end.
I am so sorry to hear this and that you have not kept in contact over the past 9 years (I had to read this on a review), I would have loved the odd photos or even email to see how our beautiful girl was going. We are trying to fix a problems that has been in the German Shepherd breed for a very long time. We continue to breed dogs well below the National breed average and will continue to try to eliminate this terrible problem. We are very sorry for your dog. Perhaps you can try and concentrate more on the good times she has bought you over the past 9 years.
I am so sorry to hear this, I am, so far one of the lucky one's. Our boy has allergy issues but that's about it.
Purchased a pup from German Shepherd World and she is about 18-19 weeks old. I have had german shepherds as pets for a long time. I am utterly amazed; I say amazed at the intelligence of this pup. I found the owners of GSW to be very down-to-earth. Lots more people should be recognising how they are devoted to their dogs and are trying to fix a terrible wrong and they persist in this devotion to fix it. More people should be recognising what has existed for years. They should be put in the dog history books, I say, as a saviour of the German Shepherd breed.

bought a 4 month old German shepherd in April of this year. I Will not ever recommend this breeder at all, first of all she isn't a registered breeder and has no membership. My vet went though all my dogs paperwork just to find that its ALL FAKE. Not a real REGISTERED PEDIGREE GERMAN SHEPHERD. I paid $2000 for this.
All of my dogs Hip and elbow dysplasia scores are all fake, there for will get dysplasia in the future.
Im absolutely disgusted with this, all I wanted was a beautiful registered GSD and I got taken for a ride, and scammed. Please people, read and educate yourself before you look at getting any German shepherd. SO many shonks out there.
I have had many shepherd as service dogs over the years. I can say that this breeder went above and beyond what most breeders say or are willing to do.
Sharon, supplied me with an outstanding puppy and hip and elbows scores for the parents are certainly below the national average, couldnt be happier.
Sharon is about the breed standard and the welfare of the breed and her dogs, so no matter what,can only state the facts; outstanding service, assistance and high quality pups.
Whilst there are a numb of negative responses, HD and ED are herditary, but it is also about the environment, food, excercise and housing of the dog.
