I am new in the city and came to GJO through a recommendation from a friend. The level of professionalism and knowledge, particularly helping me find the right glasses and contact lenses, was outstanding. I was unaware that lenses could be customised, even in a standard prescription. I felt I was cared for and catered to, from the initial consultation through to the lens fitting. I really understand my prescription now and would definitely recommend to anyone.
