I purchased a canon 7d mk 2 camera of them , I found their staff friendly and helpfull ,they rang me when order was ready for pick up. Can not understand negative comments on this page , it is impossable to know everything about cammeras ,techknology is changing every day, it is a credit to the staff that they admit not knowing every detail and would try to get the correct info. I would have no hesitation in returning to this store . I have purchased several items from them and will do so again.
Terrible!! Everytime I've been in this shop the staff are so unhelpful. They have to ask someone else if the information they are giving you is correct before continuing. You think they would hire staff who have a great knowledge of cameras. Nope.. Won't be going back.
Sorry you had trouble, I have been in retail for over 47 years ,you must relize sales staff are people, who are only human too.some are knowledgable some are only at the begining of their career , and still learning , one would hope we all could be a little patient , be gratefull the sales staff is honest , that sales staff says they dont know, and tried to find out info for you . I found I get much more out of a salesperson if I give them mutal respect, unfotunately we live in a society that wants instant service and answers, remember miracles we do at once , the impossable takes a little longer.
Very poor , please, camera enthusiast/addicts go to another store there is only disappointment.. after disappointment . Be prepared to have awful , unprofessional staff trying to overprice and sweet talk you up...just leave immediately. A very sad experience indeed, never will step foot in those doors again. Sad sad experience....staff dented my camera lens and suggested I break my UV lens for removal, not in the world would I break my lens nor will I pay for another overpriced lens and lens hood. End of story, it was an extremely painful, exhausting and frustrating experience .this is too sad sad too sad this store :( thought I had to get it out there....Previously thought it was just a one day off experience...but no this is sadly happening every day of the year, disappointed.
Used their on-line shop to try and buy a camera. Phoned them first to check they had stock. I was told they did. I placed the order and wanted to go in and collect (having to pay $10 for the privilege) the order did not go through so I called again, was told a second time they had stock. Then received an email to say that they did not have the camera in stock. Nice.
