Hey Fellas , are you sick of fancy and overpriced gyms . I know I was and its refreshing to train with Brad at "Get Energized Health and Fitness " . I have only been training with Brad for a short while and already the benefits physically and emotionally are tenfold . I work away in the mines and the mining culture is usually lots of food and lots of beers. It was time for a lifestyle change and Brad has made this achievable and enjoyable . Brads day to day menu plans have really supported and encouraged me to steer clear of bad choices and lazy decisions. Sometimes all you need is a reminder its okay to have a few beers an occasional hamburger but just not everyday . It is great being able to train with my wife and plan and prepare our meals together. Training hard and eating well is not a chore, it is a life style. I'm glad I have taken the first step in changing.

Awesome workouts, and a lovely bunch of people to do it with. Flexible with session times and im already seeing results in my level of fitness after only a few weeks! In the past ive joined fitness first, fenix fitness and fernwood gym but have never enjoyed exercising as much as I have in the past few weeks with Get Energized Health and Fitness. Let me tell you about Brad, I have been going to Brad's training sessions for nearly two years now, and prior to that I have joined top end gyms had their personal trainers (who made me squat for a whole session :() and have done every diet under the sun.
Since joining Brad's group, I have not only dropped the cm's, BUT my whole life style has changed and that includes getting off some major pain killers.
