I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this business. I had an appointment booked today for which I had paid a $20 deposit. Unfortunately I have unexpectedly come down with the flu but I made my way to my appt but was 20mins early as I wanted to see if I could get my service over and done with so I could go home and rest. The therapist just so happened to be free but stated that she couldn't help me early because 'she hadn't eaten since breakfast'. This was at 5.10pm. I then asked the other lady Simmone, who I believe is the manager, if it was possible to reschedule as I felt really rotten to which she asked me to go away and do this online. I was standing there right in the shop! I then said does that mean I forfeit my deposit. She said that's usually the case. I could not believe this. I specifically turned up in person to discuss my situation. They were extremely unhelpful. I now lose my deposit but they don't care about the fact that at ...read more
Hi Natalie, thank-you for taking the time to leave a review. We can't fix or address issues if we not aware of them. Unfortunately the technician you were booked with was not able to service you when you arrived early for your appointment as she had not had a break all day and was in the middle of eating when you came in.You spoke to me, Simonne (the owner) who was also servicing a client and therefore not able to "serve" you at the same time as we are not set up for "walk ins" or clients coming early to appointments. We do have a contact number for clients to call our Manager who is able to help with client changes, however as stated clearly on our online booking we do have a cancellation/rescheduling policy for changes within 24hours of booked appointment and ask that you not be offended when we enforce this policy.
