GMBB is a unique gym. There's no mirrors and no fakes. It is a small and intimate environment which creates a family atmosphere. Personally, I wouldn't have been able to compete in 10km Fun Runs or obstacle course races without the support from the staff and the people that go there. Truly motivating! I would recommend it to anyone having trouble reaching their goals

The best gym I have ever been to. They have given me the self confidence to continue to change bad habits into good habits. Fantastic, fun, educational boutique family run gym.

They are amazing role models in living your life the healthy way. This doesn't only include exercises but puts focus on not "diets" but lifestyle changes in the way you eat. I just love going to my sessions, thanks for keeping me on track.

Wonderful place. I couldn't say a bad word about it, or the staff! Everyone is lovely and helpful - much more than I have experienced at any gym I have been a member of. The team make the place feel like you are visiting friends. Love it!
