Absolutely appalling service. First of all I tried to book through AirBnb but they didn't respond so my booking request was cancelled. Then I booked direct through their website. They took the $3000 deposit but never sent me a booking confirmation, initially citing an issue with their emails not sending. After 1 week of chasing them up I eventually got told that the property had been sold, and that they would refund my deposit. It took another 3 phone calls to get my money back. Worst service I've received in ages. PS note how they have set up Google and Facebook to not allow any online reviews - I dare say that there is a reason for this.
This property manager is the worst I have ever dealt with.
Our booking was almost cancelled as they didn't recognise our payment even though I emailed to confirm, the property we were staying was not as advertised. Upon contacting the property manager they were horrible to deal with, they didn't respond until we posted a review on FB then they were rude and nasty.
