Great delivery, it’s the pick up that’s the problem.
You know where you smashed into my letter box, blamed the delivery driver for placing the bin in the wrong spot, apologised for smashing my letter box, said you would fix it, spoke to my husband said you would get in touch, gave every excuse under the sun and then blocked him.
Refused to accept responsibility even though we have photos of your truck the one you use for advertising right next to my smashed letter box minutes after it happened.
You are pathetic. If this is how you run your business god help you in future.
It’s not even about you fixing it at this stage it’s about you accepting responsibility for something your driver did which you said HE was going to pay for.
Never again will we deal with you. Bad reviews going up everywhere.
