I needed my high end wheelchair wheels urgently re-spoked with only a few days left before Christmas. If it weren’t for the amazing people at Giant Mooloolaba my Christmas would have been ruined. The best part is the top quality workmanship was done for a great price. Highly recommended.
I am delighted with the service I received from the team at Giant, Mooloolaba. The owner of the store Ian actually provided me with an unbiased comparison between a bike I was considering from another store and one of his own. They offer great overall value because of the free first (quality) service they include in all bike purchases. And they had no issues fitting the bike with assessories I bought from them. All advice given was excellent and it was obvious when dealing with them why they have earned the reputation as the best bike shop on the coast for service and quality. Don't be tempted by the slightly cheaper prices you may get at other stores that buy lesser quality brand bikes in bulk. You may save a few bucks short term, however the quality servicing, products and staff knowledge will provide you with much greater value in the longer term. I did my research ;-)
