Giant Team Australia is a famous Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school owned and administered by Marco 'Gigante' Villela. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a cultured variation of Japanese Jujitsu. This martial art is based on the theme of David beating Goliath or a weaker opponent defeating a robust opponent. This is achieved by using leverage and technique. This sport was invented in India around 2000 BC. It was utilised by monks as a defensive option against dacoits. This method was used by monks as they practiced non-violence and did not use any weapons. As Buddhist monks migrated to China and Japan, this concept evolved further and became the first martial art.
