Gillian Bell Cake

Gillian is hands down one of Brisbane's great bakers. She makes the most amazing cakes made from fresh organic ingredients - some that she even grows out of her own back yard! She even grows edible flowers to decorate her creations.

She made our wedding cake which had 3 flavours, 1 were gluten free and it happened to be the best: chocolate cake with peanut butter cream and couverture chocolate ganache. It was heaven.

She also made us a lime/coconut cake and a pistachi/rose water cake - 2 combinations my husband and I each love.

We had a semi-naked cake and her cakes were freshly baked the night/early morning before so they're not dry. The cake was moist and delicious.

Gillian is so very friendly and warm and she would do anything for her clients. She's amazing and so are her cakes!

Gillian's cakes are by far the most appealing and delicious cakes in town! Taste is so important to us! As huge foodies, our friends and family continue to rave about our wedding cakes. We chose 3 flavours for a bit of variety and our wedding cake quickly became the talking point of our wedding! We are so thrilled to have impressed our guests to this degree. Our chosen cake flavours were so impressive at the tasting that we quickly decided to serve our wedding cake as the only desert!
