I'm a big fan of the Chinese cuisine. I can eat such meals during the whole day. But of course, my stomach won't be so happy.
If you have time, go to this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is polite. You can discuss with them the menu and order the best meal for you.
I'm looking forward to eating there again soon.
I recently returned to the Ging for lunch with a very hungry friend- actually we were both hungry and the food was just excellent! Although the kitchen was about to close, the staff was most obliging and we had a lovely time. It was also excellent value. We will be back soon! Thank you! :)
I had been going to the Ging's former incarnation- the Ging Wah for years when it closed for renovation. I really loved the Ging Wah, as did many Melburnians. The new Ging restaurant still has good food but it seems to vary a lot on the night. The staff were really great and it was a fun atmosphere but the food was not what I remembered it to be!
What use to be a great meal is now surrounded by rude, unprofessional attendants!
It felt more like I was eating at a fast food restaurant being hurried and ignored than a long term restaurant.
The staff were extremely unpleasant to deal with, my food was thrown in-front of me like it was an effort to just serve. Correct me if I am wrong, but customer service is about quality and pleasantries not ignorance?
