I ordered a maxi dress and it wasn’t what I expected which can sometimes happen whenever buying online. Go to return it and no refund for change of mind! Instead a credit note that has to be used within 6 months. They clearly hate their customers as is evident from the aggressive wording of their refunds policy - no refunds for self created faults! Never again will I buy from Gingham and Heels.
I agree totally about their refund policy. An item not fitting correctly particularly as their sizing is a little inconsistent , is NOT a change of mind. Petty, and not customer friendly for online shopping. I actually still wanted my item, just an exchange for a different size, but no that apparently is too hard so now I have to wait for them to acknowledge return of the item, then I'll need to re-order. Too bad if my required size is no longer available. My days of shopping via this site are truly numbered.
I'm amazed how this company can still be in business, two orders i have placed with them online and both times have had bad service. First order, they sent me a wrong item, they paid for return postage as they should since it was their mistake, but they spoke to me like they were doing me a favour by doing this i still had to package, print and drop off to the post office all in my own time. I was then informed they wouldn't send out my correct item till they received the wrong one back, you would think once the parcel has been lodged they would then ship mine but no! Extra two weeks before i get my goods. second order received with an oops you're missing an item because we couldn't find it card and on the card it also said i would receive an email and to contact them for a store credit or refund, i received no email.
