Ginseng Modern Asian Cusine

I would give Ginseng 6 stars if I could. The staff are always friendly, the service is always spot on, and the food is always fresh. We keep coming back time after time.

The barramundi and duck are our two favorite dishes.. Mmm so good. The service is excellent, they are so attentive. To get to the restaurant from the back car park you need to walk through a bit of the kitchen - which I was a bit nervous about - but the kitchen staff greeted us as we walked in and it was refreshing to see how clean it is back there! By far the best restaurant I've been to in Frankston.

Simply the best Asian restaurant outside of the CBD, service and food 1st class.Highly recommended.

The food here is so great, fresh & tasty. The salt & pepper calamari and rthe Duck with Glair Sauce are just 2 of my favourite dishes there. The Owner, David Chau is the perfect host & has made this the best Asian Restaurant that I have been to in many years. The decor is clean & modern, & his Staff are great. I'll keep going there again & again for the best tasting food around. 10/10.
