Unfortunately we found Kaye really difficult to deal with and unhelpful and nasty. Once the deal is done we were made to feel like the enemy when we asked for a bit of help with a configuration issue with our new Samsung system, in the end it turns out they hadn't done the install and set up properly. Wish we'd never dealt with them. Nev ended up being ok in the end but she was zero cutomer service. If we get some reasonable support and an apology we will consider removing this.
