First have to say that the item when I finally got it was beautiful and just as described. Also the ordering process was easy and it was dispatched quickly. However, this was all marred by the after sales service when the item was not initially delivered and I needed to chase and follow up with Australia Post. This was for a Christmas delivery and was given plenty of time, but with the delays was really pushing it. I get that they can't control their delivery partner, however, when I make contact with feedback on this from a store that has the front and imagery to make me think it is positioned at the higher end of the market, I would have expected a higher end level of support and service - not just to be completely ignored. A month on and still crickets….no response or acknowledgement whatso ever. So rude (and I guess in line with some of the feedback from in store visitors I have since seen online about the snooty instore staff). Will not be back online or in store.
