I called KCD to make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl who answered the phone (Alyra?) was extremely unproffessional.
It sounded like she was putting on an accent, she started laughing half way through the the telephone call and she was very rude. Once I made the appointment I actually called back to cancel because I felt way to uncomfortable to go in there. She answered again, I stated my name and that I would like to cancel the appointment that I just made, she started laughing again and then replied with "yep" and hung up the phone without even asking me if I would like to re-book.
I have never received such disgusting/poor customer service in my life and I will never go back there or refer anyone to them.
Hi Syarna you actually came in the next day October 12th at 1pm for your appointment. Allira constantly gets praises on her exceptional telephone manner so I apologise if you felt poorly treated and glad to see you actually did come back and have your eyebrow wax.
Hi Syarna, I can see your review was over 2 years ago but as I can’t get try local to remove it I just wanted to say I’m sorry for your experience but the salon has had a name change and change of ownership and none of those people are with the salon anymore.
