Wrist corsage ordered and paid for over the phone.

The flowers were nice, but no elastic was attached to the 'wrist' corsage, making it impossible for the recipient to wear the corsage on her wrist. Rang the florist who advised the ribbon could be used to attach to wrist-this did not work because the flowers were too heavy to stay in place, and the recipient's circulation was compromised.The florist advised they had never made a wrist corsage with elastic (yes, really) and to pin the corsage to the dress. When I advised them this was impossible because the dress was covered in sequins, (hence why a wrist corsage was ordered) the florist suggested that I use hat elastic to fix it and that they could not help me.

I will take my future business elsewhere.
