my wife and i was there last Friday night
i was in the bottle shop looking for a wine and the shop assistant (had glasses) was so handy with the wines his had one of the best customer services i have seen for long time and i asked him if he knew a great restaurant, he said up stairs in the hotel.
when we walked in the staff made us very welcome the food was good but the steak was a bit red for me but it was nice place my wife's food looked great.
I AM GOING BACK THERE WHEN I AM IN TOWN AGAIN.
GREAT PEOPLE - GREAT PLACE- GREAT SERVICE
Tried to have a meal there last night, the booking had been messed up,When I called to book a table in the restaurant I was asked if it was a special occasion or casual dining, I advised it was not a special occasion but the concept of casual dining was not explained. We ordered drinks & they were wrong, asked for a Crown lager only to be told we don't have it, ordered a scotch & dry but received a scotch & soda, ordered a Coke Zero but received a diet coke with no explaination. We were then given given menus & chose what we would like only to be told that the meals we had chosen ( chicken & barramundi ) were off the menu last night. This however was not mentioned when the menus were handed out. We were then told we could eat out on the verabdah ( where peolple were smoking ) but there was a different menu ( maily pizza & finger food), we decided to leave. Extremely dissappointed.,
